- RC Kapolei
- Distribute flyers and information regarding Rotary's polio eradication efforts.
- Advocate for vaccines as part of the Polio Plus program.
- Collect toothbrush and toothpaste donations from member dentists.
- Gather small children's items (plush toys, balls, etc.).
- Organize volunteer shifts into 1-hour intervals to prevent crowding (sign up sheet at meeting Thursday)
- RC Honolulu Sunset & RC West Pearl Harbor
- Provide and manage pizzas and beverages from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
- Deliver a portion of the food and drinks to the second location at Maili Beach Park.
- RC Kaneohe & RC West Honolulu
- Source and secure hygiene kit donations.
- RC Waianae Coast & RC Pearl Harbor
- Pending assignment (confirmed participation, but specific roles are not yet determined).
Event Logistics & Timeline
- 11:30 AM – First Stop: Start at the US Vets site in Waianae (85-638 Farrington Hwy).
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Pizza and beverage service across locations.
- 2:00 PM – Second Stop: Migrate to Maili Beach Park to assist the HOME Project mobile clinic (focusing on Influenza and COVID vaccines).
