Volunteers Needed: Pick Your Shift This Thursday!
- Friday, Oct 16 (5:00 PM) – Venue Set-Up: Evening setup at the school after classes wrap up (time to be confirmed with the school).
- Saturday, Oct 17 (1:00 PM) – Event Day Execution:
- Food Prep & Logistics: Costco hot dog pickup (1:30 PM), food wrapping, condiment stations, and icing down drinks.
- Stage & Visuals: Loading prizes to the stage (Natasha), stage setup (Natasha), and prize presentation (Jeannie).
- Guest Services: Will Call (Arlene), Sponsor Concierge, and decorating sponsor tables.
- Showtime Roles: MC (Jason), Announcements (Jose), Tie-Breaker Judge, Costume Judges (intermission), and Tickets of Opportunity volunteers.
- The Finish Line: Clean-up crew

- Secure Table Sponsors for $1000 Table of 8: Reach out to local businesses or individuals.
- Donate a Prize & Help Us Get More: Donate physical items, gift certificates, or make a monetary donation toward purchasing a prize that will be given away during our games. If you know local businesses willing to contribute, please reach out to them this week.
